Service Administration Assistant Wanted
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Service Administration Assistant in our Cupar Head Office. The role will initially cover maternity leave in our Aftersales Department but has potential to develop into a permanent role to include additional administration duties in other areas of the business.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
• Dealing directly with our customers who run some of the biggest names in sport and leisure and use our products to maintain their golf courses, stadiums, parks and leisure facilities, communicating via telephone, email and in person to ensure they get timely response to requests for repairs and servicing.
• Processing technician job sheets to invoices, completing delivery notes, machine registrations and related paperwork and computer tasks to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Working with your colleagues in our service team to ensure all areas of the business are up to date and running on time including: Call backs to customers, communication with our sales and parts departments, invoicing, registering machines for warranty and ensuring delivery notes are ready for new machines being shipped out to our customers and dealers.
Skills and qualifications required for this role include:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Reliable, dependable and willing to assist customers and colleagues as required
• Extremely organised
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to present yourself in a highly professional manner
• Capable of working to tight deadlines
