Sales Administration Co-ordinator
Working as part of our sales and administration team we have an opening for the new position of Sales Administration Co-ordinator based at our Head Office in Cupar, Fife, reporting directly to both our Group Sales and Finance Managers. This is a full time position.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
· Receive and direct internal and external customer enquiries for the sales department
· Work with the sales team to accurately place stock orders in a timely manner
· Processing of wholegood sales invoices
· Update customer profiles
· Maintain sales and administration filing, records, and departmental information
· Monitor and maintain our customer experience reporting
· Update our company website with new or sold stock
· Get involved with social media and marketing promotions for the sales department
· Liaising with the service coordinator regarding delivery of wholegoods
· Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
The skills & Qualifications required for this role include:
· Ability to use applications such as Microsoft office and internet functions (essential)
· Organisational skills and attention to detail (essential)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills (essential)
· Previous experience of a similar role (Desirable)
· Previous experience of comparable industry (Desirable)
