Join our Administration Team
As a John Deere franchise, we are leading suppliers to the Scottish groundcare equipment market supplying a wide range of new and used groundcare equipment to golf courses, local authorities, caravan parks, tree surgeons, landscapers, health boards, hire companies and homeowners from 3 outlets across Scotland.
The Role:
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administration Assistant to work within our head office located in Cupar, Fife. The role will be full time working 35.5 hours per week. You’ll work as part of our finance and administration team reporting directly to our Finance Director.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Assist with the credit control across our 3 outlets
Processing of monthly recurring invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Monitor and maintain our customer experience reporting
Deal with customer queries either by phone or email
Processing of wholegood sales invoices
Maintain and update customer profiles
Other administration duties as required
Act as cover for other duties when colleagues are on holiday
The skills & qualifications required for this role include:
Ability to use applications such as Microsoft office and internet functions (essential)
Organisational skills and attention to detail (essential)
Excellent written and oral communication skills (essential)
Previous experience of a similar role (desirable)
Previous experience of comparable industry (desirable)
