COVID-19 Update

Double A COVID-19 Customer Support – Update May 4th 2020

Our contingency planning for the Coronavirus restrictions has ensured that while protecting our team, their families and our customers we are still able to provide operational support to customers at what is a busy time of the year.

Where possible we have introduced home working and we have also taken specific measures by department to follow the Government guidance, reduce risk and ensure we are able to continue to support you.

Parts

Parts supplies and availability from our main suppliers currently remains good.

Our showroom is temporarily closed but we do offer a parts collection point at Cupar. To help speed things up please place your orders by phone or email.

We are also able to offer a range of delivery services and orders can be placed 24-7 through our website contact page https://www.doublea.co.uk/contact-cupar

 

Service

Our technicians are supporting customers from our Cupar Head Office and in future, remotely, although social distancing must be observed, and new measures will be put in place to ensure the safety of our staff when they are on site.

Whilst our team are working hard to support all our customers we would appreciate your understanding if, in some cases we need to prioritise some essential jobs.

Sales

Our Sales Department are available to assist your requirements for new or used equipment. Please contact them through our contact page link above.

Unfortunately we are seeing some delays to new equipment supply as various manufacturers comply with local guidance requiring production lines to be shut. We do however have a good stock of new and used equipment available for immediate delivery.
