Celebrating 25 years of Double A - Entec / Timberwolf
After meeting Richard Marshall at the BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) Trade Show in Stoneleigh during the summer of 1996, Double A founders Sandy and Aileen travelled down to a small farm in Suffolk where they met again with Richard who showed them around his (at that time) fledging business and production line.
Along with his father, Richard had recently started manufacturing his latest product, the Entec 30DH a 30hp Diesel, Hydraulic, Twin Feed Woodchipper. This machine went on to revolutionise the chipper market giving high performance with a low towing weight and soon found favour with Tree Surgeons, Local Authorities and Contractors across the UK. In 1999 Richard and his father later changed their business name from Entec to Timberwolf and in 2002, moved to a purpose built facility in Stowmarket.
Today Timberwolf exports to 25 countries worldwide and have sold over 16,000 machines. 25 years on we are proud to continue representing Timberwolf across Scotland and look forward to many more years working with this great British brand.
